Refund Policy
At Cyber Mart LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your return.
Non-returnable Items
- Certain products, including software, downloadable items, or items that have been used or damaged, are not eligible for returns.
- Products marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
