- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, there may be delays. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed beyond the expected shipping window.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates vary based on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM to ensure next-day delivery)
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier issues, etc.).
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package via the carrier’s website.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Cyber Mart LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
